FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions students and parents ask us most often.

Is the first counselling session really free?

Yes. Your first session, in person or online, is completely free and carries no obligation. We review your profile, discuss suitable countries and courses, and explain our services and fees in writing before you decide anything.

When should I start preparing to study abroad?

Ideally 10–12 months before your intended intake. That gives time for test preparation, applications, financial planning and visa processing. Some programmes in the USA, UK and Germany fill early, so starting sooner gives you more choice.

Can you guarantee my visa?

No, and nobody honestly can. Visa decisions are made only by the visa authorities of each country. What we do is make sure your application is complete, accurate, consistent and well-supported, which greatly reduces avoidable refusals.

Which English test should I take: IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo?

It depends on your destination and institution. IELTS and PTE are widely accepted for both study and migration. TOEFL is popular for the USA. Duolingo is accepted by many universities but not for every visa. We check your shortlisted universities before recommending a test. Read our comparison guide.

I have a study gap or low marks. Can I still go abroad?

Often, yes. Many institutions accept study gaps when they are explained with genuine evidence such as work experience, courses or family reasons. Lower marks may narrow your options, but diplomas, foundation programmes and pathway courses are available in most countries.

Can I work while studying, and will it cover my expenses?

Most destinations allow part-time work during term time. Part-time income helps with living costs, but you should never plan to pay tuition from it, and visa officers expect you to show sufficient funds up front.

Do you help with education loans?

Yes. We guide you through the education loan process, including the sanction letters often needed for visa applications.

Can my spouse or children accompany me?

Dependant rules vary widely. We assess dependant eligibility during counselling.

What are your service fees?

Fees depend on the service (study abroad, visa only, PR or test preparation) and the country.
